This was made from a couple old photos taken after helping out at a homeless shelter. The scene has been edited a bit with the pencil, as the people weren’t quite this jammed together. The size is about 9 x 12″.

Do check out Henry Moore’s sketches of those sleeping in the London underground during the war. HM was a war artist and I prefer his drawings to his sculptures – they are so atmospheric. Tate Britain holds a number of his drawings.
He definitely drew like a sculptor.
There is a certain feel of coziness in your composition.
