Two Drawings in Upcoming Art Exhibit

July 6, 2012

Yes, I know. Shakespeare and nudes are not immediately connected in the mind, but then again, he does have his moments of bawdiness. Find them, for example, in “The Taming of the Shrew” or “The Merry Wives of Winsor.”

I have these two drawings entered into the show, the recent drawing of Shakespeare and “Donna Relaxing,” so drop by STINGER STUDIO

  1. I saw the finished frames and mats for these today. Both are black frames with gray mats. Shakespeare has a lace pattern texture on the frame, and the nude has a speckled texture similar to the crayon marks in the drawing. They look nice. I’ll try and get some photos of them later.
